  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and ownership of the gift cards they submit.

  • We reserve the right to decline or report suspicious trades to the relevant authorities.

  • We do not support or process gift cards that have been stolen, are fraudulent, or are used without authorization..

  • Users must be 18+ and comply with all local laws.”

  • All transactions are logged and may be reported to law enforcement if fraud is suspected.

These Terms shall be governed and construed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
